Connie Casteel serves as the SBIR and STTR Connect Catalyst at ATDC at Georgia Tech, where she specializes in SBIR funding and STTR funding, helping entrepreneurs and startups across Georgia understand and secure federal support through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. Connie also acts as a liaison to the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP) at Georgia Tech, supporting commercialization and innovation efforts statewide.
